The concrete block mould is used kinds of durable material like manganese steel ,NM45 even import material like Hardox 450 or 550 , which can bring long life span when mould in daily production.
This material we do some treatment like Carburizing and heat treatment to make material more hardness, entire surface with a hardness of at least 60-68 HRC on the Rockwell scale to a depth of 1.2 mm.
The interlocking mould normal we used to whole part CNC treatment which bring more hardness.
