This palletizing production line is suitable for product palletizing in simple block production lines. It belongs to a semi-automatic palletizing production line and is generally independently set near the product maintenance yard. For on-site palletizing of cured products, it can also be connected to the block production line for online palletizing.
This automatic palletizing system can separate blocks of different specifications produced by different models of brick machines, sort and arrange them into a maximum of 1200 (mm) square stack for stacking (standard solid bricks can be stacked up to 12 layers at a time). After the bricks are produced, winding film packaging can be selected, and combined with forklift clamping, they can be directly carried to the site for stacking without pallets, with a stacking height of up to 1200 (mm).
It can hold 3 stacks, and the entire system adopts PLC+touch screen control, requiring only one person to operate. The amount of bricks per hour is about 210 layers, which can greatly save labor costs.
